Are your products ready-made or made to order?
All of our journals are made to order using print-on-demand. This means your item is specially created just for you which helps reduce waste and allows us to focus on quality and care.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed.
Shipping times are then approximately:
- UK: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA & International: 7-14 business days
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at the moment but we’ll keep you updated if this becomes available.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, we’ll happily offer a replacement. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes! Once your item has been printed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Delivery times vary based on your location. You’ll see shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you're ordering from outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs or import duties — these are the buyer's responsibility.
